Personal meeting
The initial discussion revolves around defining your preferred style and analyzing references to pinpoint your aesthetic preferences. Following this, we fill out a comprehensive questionnaire designed to identify all your needs and requirements for the project.
Accurate measurements of the space
We conduct a site visit to your apartment, taking precise measurements and noting the positioning of utilities such as power and water supply. We create detailed sketches to visualize the layout, and we document the space with photographs and videos for reference.
Layout
Proposal of 2-3 variations of furniture layout drawings, each carefully tailored to maximize space and functionality while reflecting your style preferences. Additionally, we provide live simplified 3D perspectives to give you a clear visualization of each layout option.
Design Concept
Concept Boards serve as visual guides to help you envision the combinations of materials, furniture, color schemes, and overall style for your space. They provide a cohesive representation of the design concept, allowing you to make informed decisions and ensure that the final result aligns with your vision.
Visualisation
Experience photo-realistic representations of each room, providing an accurate preview of how your home will look after renovation, in accordance with the layouts and design concepts.
Technical drawings
In the final stage of the design project, we complete all necessary technical drawings, including ceiling elevations, floor layouts, positions of lamps, plugs, switches, wall elevations, and more. These detailed drawings ensure precise execution during the implementation phase, resulting in a flawless transformation of your space.
Ordering phase
We handle the ordering process for furniture, carpets, lighting, decorations, and accessories, carefully selecting each item based on your budget and specific needs. Our goal is to curate a collection of high-quality pieces that complement your design vision and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of your space.
Supervision/Renovation works
We take the lead in overseeing the project's implementation, ensuring that the visualization and the final result align seamlessly.
